Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:

  • In original, unworn condition
  • With all original tags and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, prescription sunglasses cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. All other eyewear (Kids’, Men’s, and Women’s Sunglasses) are eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  3. Package Your Items

  4. Ship Your Return

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed
